Refund policy
CONSIGNMENT APPOINTMENTS:
Consignment Appointments can only be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours Prior to your booking start date.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start date will forfeit the cost of the Consignment Appointment.

Cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request. If the request was within our cancellation window, will process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve cancelled your booking, please contact us at hello@yoursandminemelbourne.com.au
PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN STORE AND ONLINE:
All sales of the Products are final, and WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS except where the product is obviously faulty, defective or different from the product as displayed or described.
Please note: we are unable to return a product based on sizing, fit or it’s described pre-loved condition. All items are preloved every brand's sizing and fit varies.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not as described, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted. If your item is deemed to have been misrepresented or faulty, we will offer a refund only via the original payment method.
Refunds
