SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing
All orders placed will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order is shipped.

Supply
We operate both in store and online with one-off products so occasionally we may have supply issues.
In the unlikely event that the Product has been sold, is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we notify you by email and will refund the sale price together with any shipping charges paid by you within three (3) business days.

Service
Orders shipped via Australia Post. We offer Standard Post (2-8 Business Days) or Express Post (1-4 Business Days). 
We also offer in-store collection. Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order. If you require urgent collection, please contact us via phone or email prior to ordering to ensure we can arrange collection.

Shipping timeframes can increase during peak periods. Please check the Australia Post Website for any delay notifications.
